Regulatory support for kratom in Indonesia

Kratom from Indonesia

I wanted to share some developing information about kratom in Indonesia. It looks like the first steps have been made to make speciosa a commodity in Indonesia. We still have a way to go, but this meeting is a huge first step for GMP and proper manufacturing guidelines for kratom products.

Remember that quality control and modern machines cost money, but the result is clean properly processed speciosa. We must protect kratom and make sure that future generations have access to this plant.

The Indonesian government through the Office of the Presidential Staff (KSP) highly appreciates the offer of cooperation to develop mitragyna speciosa as a commodity as an export commodity herbal plant that is beneficial for health. This cooperation offer was initiated by the American-Indonesian Chamber of Commerce, the American Kratom Association (AKA) and the Anugerah Bumi Hijau Producers Cooperative (KOPRABUH).

This meeting was about assuring better and more uniform product quality and sanitary handling, with the goal of ending the Import Alert and preparing to submit the Kratom Consumer Protection Act on the federal level.

Fair Trade Practices from Indonesia

Supporting fair trade kratom means advocating for ethical and sustainable practices in the production and trade of kratom. While this is a commendable approach, it is important to consider the potential consequences it may have on the prices of raw products.

One possible outcome of supporting fair trade kratom is an increase in prices. Fair trade practices often involve paying farmers and workers fair wages, providing safe working conditions, and implementing environmentally friendly cultivation methods. These additional costs incurred by fair trade producers may be passed on to consumers, resulting in higher prices for raw kratom products.

Furthermore, the implementation of tariffs on kratom shipments is another potential consequence. Tariffs are taxes imposed on imported goods, and they can be used as a means to protect domestic industries or address trade imbalances. If fair trade kratom is predominantly sourced from countries that impose tariffs on kratom imports, it is likely that these additional costs will be reflected in the prices of the products.

It is important to note that the impact of these potential price increases and tariffs may vary depending on the specific region and market dynamics. Factors such as supply and demand, competition, and government policies can all influence the extent to which prices are affected.

Supporters of fair trade kratom should be prepared to pay higher prices for their preferred products, as they are contributing to a more ethical and sustainable industry. Additionally, they may need to navigate potential trade barriers and tariffs, which could further impact the availability and affordability of fair trade kratom.

Overall, while supporting fair trade kratom is a noble cause, it is essential to consider the potential economic implications, such as price increases and tariffs, that may arise as a result.

This is great news for consumers who want excellent kratom! The producers in Indonesia that care about kratom invest their money into modern machines and modern facilities. This is a huge expense and takes time, but many are focused on making fair trade quality kratom the future commodity of Indonesia.

I was invited to this meeting to witness these events, but we have too much going on here in New Jersey with our business, and taking care of my mother and son. Plus, with my heart condition it is not the best idea to head out into the jungle right now.

I will go to Indonesia at some point and genuinely want to see more than just pictures and having our zoom meetings. I promise to have plenty of pictures for you. Right now, I can get plenty of pictures second hand from our friends in Indonesia, and have plenty of zoom calls!

Borneo World Kratom Meeting

This weekend, I have scheduled a meeting with our supplier and group in New York City. Our group has been in the USA for a few weeks now, primarily to meet with our American kratom vendors. During their stay, they also attended the Champs Trade Show in Las Vegas.

The purpose of our meeting in New York City is to discuss various aspects of our business relationship with the supplier. We will be reviewing the current supply chain, discussing any potential issues or concerns, and exploring opportunities for growth and collaboration. This meeting is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of goods from the supplier to our company.

Additionally, our group’s visit to the USA has been focused on establishing and strengthening relationships with American kratom vendors. This involves meeting with potential new vendors, as well as nurturing existing partnerships. By personally engaging with these vendors, we aim to understand their operations, quality standards, and product offerings better. This knowledge will enable us to make informed decisions when selecting vendors and ensure that we provide our customers with the highest quality kratom products.

One significant event our group attended during their stay in the USA was the Champs Trade Show in Las Vegas. This trade show is renowned for showcasing a wide range of products, including kratom, to industry professionals and buyers. By participating in this event, our group had the opportunity to network with other industry players, explore new trends and innovations, and gain valuable insights into the kratom market in the USA.

Overall, our visit to the USA and the upcoming kratom meeting in New York City demonstrate our commitment to maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers and vendors. By actively engaging with them, we can ensure the continued success and growth of our business in the kratom industry.

We are a part of the American Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and friends with BWK! The supply chain depends on proper exports. This meeting will ensure proper shipments and reduce loss of seized shipments.

I am thrilled to still be here talking about kratom since 2016! We started this business to provide customers with top quality products at affordable prices. We have been following fair trade since the beginning with our group in Indonesia.

Our version of Fair Trade along with our growers version of fair trade is making sure that half of our kratom shipment is paid before receipt. This also includes testing and verified testing results before I make the first payment.

There are also people who only care about money and are not doing anything for the future of kratom. We must make sure that we always support the people that are doing the right things! Fair Trade practices provide economic stability for Indonesian vendors. Speciosa trees will not be around if we do not practice sustainable farming and ensure fair trade products.

We have more work to do to make sure that Fair Trade kratom will be a reality in Indonesia. There are plenty of people doing the right things and ensuring it is here for years to come. We have only purchased raw materials from people that are doing things the right way since 2016.

Kratom cash on delivery

In recent times, there have been numerous instances of customers encountering COD (Cash on Delivery) issues, and upon further investigation, it became evident that the refusal of the shipment was completely justified. The primary reason behind such refusals was the alarming discovery that the delivered goods were contaminated. This revelation has sparked significant concern among both buyers and sellers, as nobody wants to incur financial losses, but at the same time, nobody wants to bear the responsibility of paying for contaminated kratom.

The issue of contaminated shipments has become a pressing matter, as it not only affects the financial aspect of the transaction but also raises serious health concerns. Customers who have invested their hard-earned money in purchasing kratom products rightfully expect to receive a safe and uncontaminated product. However, the presence of contaminants in these shipments not only compromises the quality of the kratom but also poses potential health risks to the consumers.

The refusal of contaminated shipments is a necessary step to protect the interests and well-being of both buyers and sellers. From the buyer’s perspective, it is essential to ensure that the kratom they receive is free from any harmful substances or impurities. Consuming contaminated kratom can lead to adverse health effects, ranging from mild discomfort to severe illness. Therefore, it is only reasonable for customers to reject such shipments to safeguard their health and avoid any potential medical complications.

On the other hand, sellers also have a vested interest in ensuring the quality of their products. Reputation and customer satisfaction are crucial for any business, and delivering contaminated kratom can severely damage their standing in the market. Moreover, legal implications may arise if customers suffer any health issues due to consuming contaminated products. Therefore, it is in the best interest of sellers to thoroughly inspect their shipments and ensure that they meet the required quality standards before dispatching them to customers.

To address this issue effectively, it is imperative for both buyers and sellers to collaborate and establish stringent quality control measures. This includes implementing rigorous testing procedures to detect any contaminants in the kratom products before they are shipped. Additionally, sellers should prioritize transparency by providing customers with detailed information about the sourcing, processing, and testing of their kratom products. This will not only instill confidence in the buyers but also demonstrate the seller’s commitment to delivering safe and uncontaminated goods.

In conclusion, the issue of COD refusals due to contaminated shipments is a matter of great concern for both buyers and sellers. It is crucial for all parties involved to prioritize the quality and safety of kratom products to maintain customer satisfaction and protect public health by implementing GMP Standards.

That’s why It is important for GMP to be followed in Indonesia and the United States. GMP solves a lot of problems when the time comes to receive your kratom. Mitragyna Speciosa that is pre tested in Indonesia prior to shipment is what we all want and need!

This is why we work with the the best kratom group in Indonesia! I have received pre testing prior to ordering. I have compared testing from Indonesia to my own 3rd party results.
