  • The full name used for the order and shipping information.
  • The order number on the invoice.
  • The problem with the product or if the product was ordered by mistake.
  • Clear photos showing any defective packaging, damage to the product, or anything else you believe is relevant to the return.
  • USPS does handle some insurance claims with lost packages, but we will also work with you to get to a resolution if a package is lost. You are never on your own at Christopher’s Organic Botanicals.
  • Call or Text (609) 202-6880 with any questions or concerns and we will make it right. We stand behind our products 100%.
  • We deal with natural herbal products and cannot take back opened packages due to contamination issues.
  • Unopened kratom and herbal packages may be exchanged if one type was purchased by mistake. Unfortunately, we will have to charge you for shipping the returned items.
