We strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction and Stand Behind all of our products!
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. We cannot except open packages or packages that have been used.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you ordered an item by mistake and wanted to exchange it or return it that is fine and acceptable.

In the case that there is an issue with your product please contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org within 23 business days of delivery with the following information:
- The full name used for the order and shipping information.
- The order number on the invoice.
- The problem with the product or if the product was ordered by mistake.
- Clear photos showing any defective packaging, damage to the product, or anything else you believe is relevant to the return.
USPS Insurance Claims
USPS does handle some insurance claims with lost packages, but we will also work with you to get to a resolution if a package is lost. You are never on your own at Christopher’s Organic Botanicals.

Return or Exchange
We deal with natural herbal products and cannot take back opened packages due to contamination issues.

If the product is defective or not what you ordered, please contact us via phone or text and provide us with a clear description of the issue along with photos. We will do our best to provide you with a solution and ensure your satisfaction.

Unopened kratom and herbal packages may be exchanged if one type was purchased by mistake. Unfortunately, we will have to charge you for shipping the returned items.
